1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the package and the destination. Rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping only.

4. Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3- 14 business days.

5. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package's delivery status.

6. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

7. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. We also reserve the right to refuse to ship to any address for any reason.
